Finished commission for Valong.

As I said before, an instant of ‘Wtf do you think you are doing,’ between a city-speaker and the president of the world, right before things get more complicated.

The scene is part of this fic by greyliliy (noncon/dubcon warning for it).

I had such an artistic high painting all that colored light. Them expressions, too. This was such a nice pic to color. UuU ~ <3
